I need a detox -- I have no willpower -- I don't have any time (or funds!) for "wellness" -- There's way too much on my plate right now to think about any kind of "self-care" -- I can't lose weight because of my genetics/family/relationship/job -- Grocery shopping give me anxiety! -- Everyone says I have to cut back on sugar to lose weight, but there's sugar in everything! -- Postwork drinks and dinners out are a huge part of my everyday life -- Most of my meals are from a take-out menu ... (okay, all of them are) -- I'm on the road so much that I barely know which time zone I'm in, much less what to eat when I arrive! -- I've been on a diet for so long, I'm honestly afraid of how I'll look and feel when I'm not "dieting."
