"On Christmas Eve, US Soldier John Myers and his platoon of men become trapped behind enemy lines during the Battle of the Bulge and seek refuge in a young woman's cottage. Her name is Alina. Myers and Alina fall in love during a brief Christmas Truce called with a German platoon who was seeking medical services for their Commandant's wife.
