The volume covers Lynn Nottage's plays, productions, activism, and artistic collaborations in order to display the extraordinary breadth and depth of her work. Each of her major plays is covered by an individually authored chapter, and also included is a special three-chapter section devoted to Ruined, winner of the 2009 Pulitzer Prize.
